My goal is to empower, encourage, and support you throughout your fitness journey to be the fittest and healthiest version of you. I understand that every body is different. It will take a different approach depending on your needs and abilities to help you reach your fitness and health goals.
I offer a free consultation to all new clients which allows me to create individualized targeted goals and a custom designed program just for you. As a personal trainer I have a passion to always be evolving because I understand that it can become almost impossible to maintain a program that becomes monotonous and predictable. Therefore I make it a point to mix up my client's workouts, make it fun, and to keep you on your toes! Every 6-8 weeks we will sit down to review your progress and results, then rewrite and reevaluate your target goals and health habits. I'll make sure to activate your love for fitness and keep you focused towards reaching the healthy person of you!
