About Hilary Atamian 

When I moved to Nashville, I jumped on the opportunity to change careers-now bringing my past experience as an educator to the role of personal trainer.  Growing up an athlete in many sports and later playing collegiate volleyball, I have always led a life of fitness.  As an ACE certified personal trainer and Yoga instructor I educate others about healthy lifestyles and encourage people to find their inner toughness, determination and grit to achieve a glowing healthy body and mind.

I love being able to use my teaching background to educate, motivate and mentor my clients. I feel my enthusiasm for teaching fitness is evident through my dedication to helping people become happier and healthier through exercise. I have a passion for helping people reach their fitness goals, which I believe is achieved by living a balanced life that includes proper nutrition and an ever-changing exercise program.

However, there is no “one size fits all” fitness program that works for everyone. Whether you are looking to loose weight or gain muscle definition, if you are a busy mom or a bride looking to get wedding dress ready, I will tailor a program to meet your specific needs using components of innovative functional and traditional methods of working the body.  I like to include a unique combination of strength training, core conditioning, cardiovascular training, sports specific drills and yoga.  I know it can be difficult to find the time and motivation, so I will help you get your GritandGlow.
